Anna Louise (Glenn) Jenkins

Tallmadge -         Anna Louise Jenkins, 80, passed away at 7:52 PM Monday, October 15, 2018 at Heather Knoll Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.

Anna was born December 26, 1937 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Raymond Robert and Hettie (Strickland) Glenn.

A homemaker for most of her life, she also worked at PCC Airfoils for seven years, retiring in 2002.

She was a 1956 graduate of East Liverpool High School and a member of the AME Methodist Church in East Liverpool. She was a former 4-H advisor and worked as a poll worker at Guilford Lake.

Left to mourn her passing but celebrate her peace are her children Terise A. (Dan) Stephens of Howard, OH, and David (Antoinette) Jenkins, II of Munroe Falls; three grandchildren: Jerry Jefferson, David Jenkins, III, and Madelyn Ann Jenkins; a great-grandson, Jerry Jefferson II;    two brothers, Raymond Glenn of Atlanta, GA and Alvin Glenn of Pittsburgh and two sisters, Ethel Sheffey of Pittsburgh and Nataline Glenn of Pittsburgh as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, David Jenkins, preceded her in death in 1998, they married November 10, 1956. Also deceased are her grandparents, Thomas and Ann Mosley, who raised her in East Liverpool.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at the Weber Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Rushing officiating.  Visitation will be observed one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
