Salem - Arlene Raye Gooch, 73, of 250 Continental Drive, formerly of Lisbon died at 11:40 PM Thursday, June 11, 2009 at the Hospice House.
Born June 20, 1935 in Toronto, she was a daughter of the late John Gooch and Alice (Ruble) Milligan.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include five sons: David (Karen) Hayes, Randall (Doris) Hayes, and James (Karen) Hayes all of Lisbon, Donald (Debbie)Hayes of Dennison, and Dennis (Jackie) Hayes of Lisbon; sisters Marcella Heckathorn of Calcutta, and twin sister Erlene Mozingo of Toronto; a brother, William Gooch of Toronto; 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Loren Hayes, Jr., a grandson, Josh Hayes, and two sisters, Dorothy Bickerstaff and Janice Brown.
Services will be at 1:00 PM Monday at the Weber Funeral Home with the Rev. Herbert DeLong officiating. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday at the funeral home,
