Lisbon- Audrey “Memer” (Dotson) Brown, 69, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her beloved home.
Born July 26, 1948 in Salem, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Catharine (Mellinger) Dotson.
Survivors include her husband George G. Brown who she married November 18, 1966, her daughter Rebecca (Robert) Bevan of Pittsburgh; grandchildren Heather E. Bozoti (fiancé Patrick) of East Liverpool and Ridge Bevan of Pittsburgh; two brothers, Gary and Robert Dotson, and a sister, Bonnie Dotson-Swigert as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Dotson Ketchum.
She will be dearly missed by many loving family members and friends. A 1966 graduate of Beaver Local High School, she was a faithful member of the Beaver Street Church of Christ and enjoyed going to yard sales. She was a cancer survivor and was grateful to have been a transplant recipient.
The funeral will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 11 at the Weber Funeral Home with Pastors Aaron Burch and Robert Laughlin officiating. Calling hours are 5 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
