Lisbon -Barbara Jean Parks,72, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at the Vista Center.
Born February 20, 1937 in Lisbon, she was the daughter of the late Karl A. and Ethel M. (Taylor) Fatherly.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include six children: Henry Clinton Parks of Elkton, Donna Morse of Leetonia, Brenda Rudibaugh of Lisbon, Linda Stinson of Charlotte, NC, Tina Parks of Leetonia, and Lisa Ford of Florida; a brother, Gary Fatherly of Salem, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Parks in 1975. Also deceased are sons Randy and Thomas Parks, and brothers Leonard and Walter Fatherly as well as four grandchildren.
A committal service will be held in the Lisbon Cemetery Chapel at 10:30 AM Saturday, November 7, 2009 with Mr. Herman McHan officiating.
Services are being handled by the Weber Funeral Home.
