Lisbon-Bette Jo Allen, 58, of SR 45 passed away at home with her family by her side at 4:15 PM Friday, September 23, 2011.
Born May 15, 1953 in Washingtonville, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd V. and Mildred K. (Hall) Wilson.
She worked as a store manger for Summer Fun Pools for more than twenty years.
Mrs. Allen served on the rabbit and poultry committee for Columbiana County 4-H for many years. She bowled in the Women's Bowling Association at Tri-State Lanes for many years and was a member of V.F.W. Post 6450 in Chester, East Liverpool Moose Lodge 122, and American Legion Post 121. In addition, she was an avid deer hunter and a 1971 graduate of Beaver Local High School
Survivors include her husband Terry Lee Allen, Sr.; two children: Traci Jo Rios of Lisbon and Terry Lee Allen, Jr. of Boardman; grandchildren Michael Brandon Paynter and Hailey Nicole Waldeck; 3 half sisters and a half brother.
Her grandson Jacob Allan Paynter is deceased.
At Bette's request, there will be no service.
