Celia Marie (Blackburn) Brown

Salem – Celia Marie Brown, 90, passed away peacefully at 1:25 AM Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon.

Born June 29, 1933 in Pikeville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Bradley A. and Cora (Justice) Blackburn.

She worked in quality control at Blackhawk Plastics for many years.

She was the beloved mother of Donald (Linda) Saltsman of Lisbon, Donna (Saltsman) Martin of Salineville, Brian (Karen) Brown of Greensboro, NC, Bruce (Kelsey) Brown of Lisbon, and Melissa (Brown Orr of Salem. There are 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by grandsons Michael Martin and Taylor James Brown as well as her siblings Allen, Clell, and Charles Blackburn, and Nancy Lorraine Ketchum.

There will be a private burial at Highland Memorial Park.

Arrangements are in the care of the Weber Funeral Home.
