Charlie Laine Kornack was born at 4:23 AM on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman and was with us for only a few precious hours.
She is survived by her loving parents Candy and Rose Kornack of New Waterford and her grandparents, Charles and Elaine Kornack of Rogers and Donald and Rose Adams of Lisbon.
Her memorial service will be private.
