Donna was born April 21, 1950 in Midland, PA.
She was graduated from David Anderson High School in 1944 and attended Ohio Valley Business College. She was a bookkeeper for Lisbon Steel Fabricating. Donna was a member of the First Christian Church in Lisbon, where she was church treasurer for 30 years, a Sunday School teacher, directed Jr. Choir and was a deacon and deaconess.
Surviving are one son Roger Faulk of Lisbon, one daughter, Deborah Jean Faulk Rutecki of Lisbon; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, William Paul Toland and her mother Anna Mae Finch Toland; her first husband Earl James Faulk and her second husband Robert Hodge to whom she was married for 53 years.
A funeral service will be held at the First Christian Church in Lisbon, Saturday, 11:00 am with Mr. Robert Garwood officiating. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery.
