Georgeanne Wolf, 69, of Lisbon, passed away Thursday, April 02, 2015 at Salem Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
Born June 6, 1945 in Salem, she was a daughter of the late Hoyte Sexton and Genevieve (Graebing) Sexton-Mason.
She was married to Paul Edward Wolf July 15, 1964 by Rev. Paul T. Gerrard. She graduated from David Anderson High School and attended Capital University. She was a member of New Lisbon Presbyterian Church where she was an elder and taught Sunday school.
She followed her husband, and during his Army career, they lived San Antonio, TX, Paris and Chaville, France, Fayetteville, NC, Manheim, Germany, Fort Knox, KY, and Ft. Bragg, NC.
She worked at the Farm and Dairy for 26 years, retiring in 2010.
Survivors include her sons Paul Edwin (Cynthia) and Matthew Edward (Kimberly) Wolf. She also leaves grandchildren Sabrina and Mackenzie Wolf Branson and Adrienne Wolf and Dana and Collin Ackerman Plus a great-granddaughter Aubry Bunnell. She also leaves. a sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Ronnie Parker, step sister Jennifer (Jim) Arnold, and a step-brother Jerome (Elizabeth) Mason.
The funeral will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at Weber Funeral Home with the Rev. Cindy Carlisle officiating. Burial will be at Lisbon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 until the time of the service.
