Helen Louise (Greasel) Stouffer

Lisbon -           Helen L. Stouffer, 92, passed away at 7:25 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Salem North.

Born August 7, 1926 in Canfield, the daughter of the late Ward L. and Kathryn (Stack) Greasel.

Helen once owned and operated an upholstery shop in North Lima and worked as a housekeeper as well as at Stouffer Farm Market for several years.

She attended Trinity Friends Church in Lisbon and enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and time with her family.

Survivors include her children: Timothy (Linda) Stouffer of Lisbon, Linda Hickman of Salem, Margie Berresford of Hanoverton, and Karen Cope of Lisbon; and her sister-in-law Jean Lawton and brother-in-law Dave Lawton. There are eight grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stouffer, her brothers Ward and James Greasel, and sisters Geraldine Esenwein, Beatrice Biddle. Eleanore Hannah, and Virginia Greasel as well as several cousins.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at the Weber Funeral Home with the Pastors Douglas DeMar and Ron Robinson officiating. Calling hours are one hour prior to the service.
