Jennie Hiner, 93, formerly of Lisbon, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in Mesa, AZ.
Born October2, 1923 in Leetonia, OH, she was a daughter of the late Dan and Versavia (Burson) Bogdan.
A homemaker, she is survived by her son Larry W. Hiner of Desert Hot Springs, CA and daughter Diane E. (Dave) Whitesell of Mesa, AZ; a sister, Helen Lewis of Sunland, CA, and a brother, Nick Bogdan of Columbiana; as well as four grandchildren: Melanie Chidester, Matthew Hiner, Melissa Hiner, and Dena Whitesell and 7 great-grandchildren and her sisters-in-law Mae Walter and Ethel Hiner. Her family was her highest priority
She was preceded in death by her husband George A. Hiner in 1995 as well as her sons Dwain and Gary Hiner and siblings Dan, George, Charlie, John, and Irene Bogdan.
She was a member of the New Lisbon Presbyterian Church where the funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday. Calling hours will be from 3 to 7 PM Monday at the Weber Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Lisbon Cemetery.
