Salem -John Allen Leyman, 31, of Ridge Road was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Elizabeth Hospital at 10:07 PM Sunday, May 30, 2010 following an ATV accident in Lisbon.
Born September 3, 1978 in Salem, he was a son of David A. and Marjorie E. (Delmont) Leyman.
He worked as a sales manager at Classic Honda of Streetsboro and previously at Stadium Chevrolet of Salem.
A 1997 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, he was a member of F.O.E. Aerie 2216 and the Salem Amvets. He enjoyed golfing and was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
In addition to his parents of Lisbon, survivors include his wife, the former Tiffany Toot, whom he married April 25, 1998; two daughters Aliyah E. and Alivia M. Leyman, both at home; a brother Dale (April) Leyman of Salem; paternal grandfather Dale Leyman of Salem; maternal grandmother Maxine Kelly of Lisbon; and nephews Dale Leyman, Jr. and Trey Young.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Florie Delmont, Jr. and paternal grandmother Paula Leyman.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Weber Funeral Home with the Rev. Pam Gable officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
