Mabel Esther (Raymer) Richards

Mabel Richards passed away peacefully at home in California Thursday, May 16, 2024 with hospice. She was A loving wife, superior mother, and a devoted Christian. Born in Ford City, PA on 07/31/1937, a daughter of William B. and Mabel Raymer. She was Raised and loved by Mabel and Edgar Clemens. Preceded by her husband William Henry Richards, Sr. whom she married in 1953, son George E. Richards and Daughter Clara J. Richards.  Mabel had 11 children total, 5 sons: William Jr. And David of Ark. Charles of N. Carolina Robert of CA. And Richard of Ohio 4 Daughters: Mabel Holeman and Mary Wiseman of N. Carolina Leona Brown of Ark. And Annie Richards of CA. There are more than 34 Grandchildren and many great and great- great Grandchildren. She was put on this earth to be a mother and did her job exceedingly well. Now our Lord and savoir has taken her Home, saying: Rest my child in Whom I'm well pleased.

Services officiated by Rev. Stephen Broache will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday at the Weber Funeral Home. Burial will follow at West Beaver Cemetery. Calling hours are 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
