Lisbon - Marjorie Ann Ullom, 86, passed away Wednesday morning, January 21, 2015 at the Vista Center.
Mrs. Ullom was born October 30, 1928 in Warren, a daughter of the late John Albert and Maude (Weikart) Driscoll.
A 1946 graduate of Salem High School, she owned and operated a family farm with her late husband Cecil. She will be remembered for her hard work on the farm, and her willingness to do whatever needed to be done. She also cleaned houses for area families for many years. She instilled her work ethic in her three sons. In addition, she had been a strong supporter of Lisbon athletics when her boys were young and was a member of Highland Christian Church.
Survivors include her sons John M. (Wanda) Ullom of Ormond Beach, FL, Robert A. Ullom of Lisbon, and James R. (Cheryl) Ullom of Waverly, WV; her sister Betty Bailey of Salem, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil O. Ullom in 2008 as well as her sister Joan Gromley, and a grandson, Christopher Ullom.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at the Weber Funeral Home with Pastor Duane Quesenberry officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery.
