Lisbon - Richard LeRoy Dunn, 81, passed away Thursday at Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a lengthy illness.
Born November 7, 1934 in Youngstown, he was a son of the late William E. and Anna (Wick) Dunn.
Dick owned and operated Lisbon Plumbing and Heating for many years and worked at Penn Power for nearly 10 years as well.
A Lisbon resident of more than 50 years, he was a member of the Pritchard Avenue Church of Christ and was a veteran of both the U.S. Army and Air Force. His legacy will be the work ethic he passed to his sons.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Crihfield Dunn whom he married September 23, 1962, his sons R. Scott (Dawn) Dunn and David Scott (Shane) Dunn, both of Lisbon as well as 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Donald, Harvey, and Kenneth Dunn.
At Dick’s request, no formal services will be observed.
