Lisbon - Ricky Eugene Hill, 65, passed away early Sunday morning June 15, 2014 at Opportunity Homes in Lisbon.
Born May 16, 1949 in East Liverpool, he was the son of late Evelyn Hill.
He was retired from the Columbiana County Sheltered Workshop.
Ricky had attended the Trinity Friends Church and participated in the Special Olympics. He loved football and usually rooted for the Steelers.
Survivors include his sisters Dorothy Brown and Anna Earich both of Salineville as well as his family at Opportunity Homes.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Myrtle M. and William R. Hill and a brother Steven Hill.
There will be a memorial service at 4:00 PM Wednesday at the Weber Funeral Home with Rev. Samuel Monte officiating.
A celebration of life celebration of life service will follow at 5:00 PM at the Pathway programing site.
