Lisbon - Sandra Kay Kloos, 63, passed away at 9:42 PM Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Sandy was born June 25, 1950 in Trenton, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Samuel J. and Lenora (Mize) Lewis.
She last worked at SCI in Columbiana.
Survivors include her husband James A. Kloos; children: Todd Iaguilli of Glenmoor, Victoria Velecella of Florida, Sandy Iagulli of New Jersey, and Vicky Kloos of Cleveland; a brother Samuel J. Lewis, II and sister Brenda Raines both of New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by a son Sam Iagulli and a brother Fred Mize.
She enjoyed cross-stitching, jigsaw puzzles, and being outdoors.
There will be no public services.
