SALEM --Stephanie Roberta Beatty of Lincoln Place Apartments, went to be with her Lord at 2:40 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center (Timken Hospital) of Canton, following a lengthy illness. She was born March 22, 1955 at Salem Hospital , the daughter of her late father Richard Neil Beatty and mother Sylvia Gray (Styron) Beatty. She was also preceded in death by nephew Timmy Reynolds, niece Sylvia Westover and great nephew Richard Herman Roloff III. Stephanie graduated from David Anderson High School in 1973 and was pursuing an Associates degree in Social Work at Kent State University Salem Campus. She worked at the former Worthington Custom Plastics, The Dutch Haus, Community Action Agency, East Palestine China, Marks Landing, Brunkʼs Home Health Care and InfoCision. Survivors include six sisters and one brother: Virginia Freed (Peggy Roloff, Bonnie Bailey) and Nancy House (Carol Grimes, Laura, Christine Richards, April House) both of Lisbon, Betty Beatty of Georgia, Richard Beatty, Jr., Debra Mohr (Greg, Melissa Sandoe and Bob Mohr) and Linda Beatty of Salem and Tina Oates (Ayla, Jerick) of East Palestine . Services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 3:00 at the Fox Avenue Church of Christ, 2848 Fox Avenue, Minerva, OH 44657 (where she was a member). Directions: From the intersection in New Franklin of S.R. 183 and S.R. 172 (between Alliance and Minerva), go West for 1.8 miles and turn North (right) on Fox Avenue.
