East Liverpool - Todd Raymond Lewis, 29, died Thursday, November 10 at his home.
Todd was born May 18, 1987 in Salem, OH, a son of Tag Lewis and Marlene (McMillan) Lewis.
He was a self-employed jeweler and jewelry designer.
He had a passion for antiques and jewelry design and attended the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his mother Marlene Lewis and his father and step-mother Tag and Marybeth Lewis, his siblings Will Lewis and Ursula Lewis as well as his aunts Renee (Michael Spirtos), Stevie (Kim) Halverstadt, and Kate (Chris) Olah.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ray and Bettie Lee Lewis and Avis and Lloyd McMillan.
There will be a private family memorial service Wednesday, November 16.
