Vicki Lynn (House) Dawson

Vicki Lynn Dawson, age 59, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 20, 1961, in Salem, Ohio. She was the daughter of Patricia I. McCallister and George K. House.

Vicki lived in Lisbon her entire life. She worked part time at Walmart for many years but most of her life was spent running a daycare out of her home. She was a kind, generous, woman of her word, who loved fiercely and unapologetically. She loved playing pool and bingo, baking cookies for her family and spent most of her weekends having movie nights with her grandchildren. Her friends will remember her as the one who was always there. Her family will remember her as the glue that held us all together.

She leaves behind her three children,
Michelle (Steve) Murphy, Kelly (Mike) Dawson,
David (Elizabeth) Frankford and four grandchildren, Devan, Blake, Emma, & Morgan.

In addition to her children, survivors include her mother, Patricia (Reynolds) McCallister; father, George (Sandy) House; sister, Denise (Jerry) Robinson; sister, Tracy (Brown) House; sister, Kari House; brothers, George (Heather) House, Jeff House, Rodney (Daphney) House, and Jerry (Crystal) House and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Grandmother, Viola Reynolds, Grandfather Russell Reynolds, sister, Chris McCallister, and nephew Mark House.

The family held a private viewing at Weber’s Funeral Home in Lisbon.
