Lisbon - William Allen Daugherty, 79, of Threshold Homes died September15, 2016 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Born September 5, 1937 in Elkton, he was a son of the late William I. and Gladys M. (Harmon) Daugherty.
Allen had attended Robert Bycroft School and worked at the Sheltered workshop.
He is survived by his brother John I. (Gilda) Daugherty of Columbiana as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sisters Karolyn Daugherty and Jane Harrold.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 29 at Weber Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Dyer officiating.
